On August 16, 2013 at 1:53 a.m., the Guelph Police observed a motor vehicle northbound on Stevenson Street South driving without any rear lights. A traffic stop was conducted and the male driver was spoken to by police. A demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Adam Richards, 22 years of Arthur has been charged with drive over 80 mg and impaired driving. He will appear in court on September 16, 2013.
