(EXETER, ON) Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 29 year old male from South Huron with Impaired Driving and Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. On September 14, 2013 officers responded to complaint of an intoxicated male yelling at patrons at a Main Street North restaurant. Officers responded to the scene at approximately 1:15 a.m. and located the suspect in a grey Ford Windstar minivan.
Officers determined he had been drinking alcohol and was displaying signs of impairment. As a result he was arrested for impaired driving. He was transported to detachment where he provided two samples of his breath; both were above the legal limit.
Adam HOHNER, 29, from South Huron has been charged with Impaired Driving and Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on October 31, 2013. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension.
