(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) On Saturday May 19, 2012, shortly after 5 a.m., Perth County OPP officers were dispatched to a damaged car located in the east ditch of Road 122 south of St. Pauls. Officers located a male driver asleep behind the wheel while the engine was running. The male failed a roadside breath test and was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where he failed two subsequent Intoxilyzer breath tests.
Adam Biesinger (31) of Edmonton has been charged with “Exceed 80 milligrams blood alcohol content / motor vehicleâ€Â. He is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court on May 28, 2012 to answer to this charge.
