Abdallah Abukhousa – Impaired Driving

On June 24, 2016 at 3:47 a.m., the Guelph Police were called to the area of 243 Woodlawn Road West for a possible impaired driver. Police located the vehicle and driver and a traffic stop was conducted. Police spoke with the male driver, determined him to be impaired and attempted to arrest him. The male did resist that arrest and once at the station refused to provide a breath sample.

Abdallah Abukhousa, 44 years of Kitchener has been charged with impaired driving, resist arrest and refuse to provide a breath sample. He will appear in court on August 2, 2016.
