(GODERICH, ON) On Saturday July 13, 2013, shortly after 7 p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer in Goderich pulled over a GMC Sierra pickup truck at Victoria St. and Trafalgar St. While speaking to the male driver the officer detected the odour of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. The driver failed a road side breath test and also failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.
Aaron SNIDER (26) of Kitchener has been charged with operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood”. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich on August 26
