Barrie Police arrested an 80-year-old male after receiving a complaint regarding the male driving impaired.
Officers were able to locate the male operating his vehicle and once stopped, he appeared to be very intoxicated and was arrested.
The accused was brought to the station where he provided samples of his breath and was found to be twice the legal limit.
The accused will appear in court
