On August 5, 2013, at approximately 4:29 p.m., Guelph Police, along with GWEMS and the Guelph Fire Department, attended to Argyle Drive and Devere Drive where a vehicle had mounted the curb.
A concerned citizen removed the keys from the vehicle so that it could not be put into motion. The male driver was transported to the Guelph General Hospital by GWEMS. Through investigation, police formed the grounds that the male was impaired and he was placed under arrest.
