(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Thursday June 03, 2010 at approximately 8:30 p.m. call from the public were received about a swerving vehicle on Perth Line 86 east of Listowel.
A Perth County OPP officer in the area located the vehicle and driver on the east end of Listowel. The 76 year old male driver from Kitchener was found to have blood alcohol readings which resulted in a 3 day drivers licence suspension. He was also charged with careless driving and having control of a motor vehicle with an open bottle of liquor.
