(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On Saturday, February 18th, 2018 at approximately 10:30 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a break and enter occurrence at Road 1 North, east of Harriston. Initial reports indicated a homeowner had interrupted a burglar in their kitchen. The suspect, who had entered through an unlocked door, fled when discovered. The suspect was located by OPP shortly thereafter and she was arrested.
75-year-old Dianne Myrtle DONALD of Mount Forest has been charged with Break & Enter, Theft Under $5000 and two counts of failing to comply with probation orders. She was held for bail.
