(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) On Saturday afternoon October 15, 2011 a Perth County OPP officer on patrol on Perth Road 123 (Water St. extension) south of St.Marys followed a south bound grey sedan weaving in its lane and driving left of centre. The vehicle was pulled over by the officer. While speaking to the driver a cardboard take out container of French fries with ketchup on it was observed on the passenger seat of the car. The driver had a napkin with ketchup in her hand. The 75 year old female driver from London was issued a ticket for “careless drivingâ€Â
