(Ottawa)— The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse (SACA) Section has charged an Ottawa man following an investigation into an allegation of sexual assault.
On May 10th, 2016 an adult female reported to police that she had been sexually assaulted by a massage therapist during an appointment at a Downtown area spa that day.
On May 25th, Robert FORCILLO, 74 years old, of Ottawa was charged with Sexual Assault. He was released on a Promise to Appear.
SACA investigators are concerned there could be more victims.
“The Ottawa Police will respect a victim’s wishes to pursue or not pursue the matter before the courts,” said Staff Sergeant Angela McDade, SACA. “The reporting of these incidents by victims to police is key for investigators to identify suspects and determine crime trends.”
