(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On November 5, 2015 at approximately 2:00 p.m., a Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on Frank Street, in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.
The investigation revealed the driver of a 2002 white dodge cargo van was reversing out of a private driveway onto Frank Street, when he collided with a parked 2006 green dodge mini-van.
There were no injuries to the driver and no damage obtained on the 2002 white Dodge cargo van. Moderate damage was obtained on the green 2006 green Dodge mini-van.
A 73-year-old driver was charged with Right of Way on Entering Highway from Private Driveway, contrary to the Ontario Highway traffic Act.
