(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Friday September 09, 2011 at approximately 10:30 a.m. a Cadillac traveling eastbound on Perth Line 86 near Perth Road 121 veered onto the south shoulder where it sideswiped an eastbound buggy.
No one was injured as a result of this collision and the horse was also unharmed. However both the Cadillac and buggy sustained extensive damage and required to be towed from the scene. The 71 year old male driver of the Cadillac, who resides in the Municipality of North Perth, has been charged with careless driving.
