(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On May 24, 2016, at approximately 3:00 p.m. Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a Grey Highlands man after he had breached a court order stemming from a criminal harassment charge in December 2015 against a young female victim.
Earlier in the day on May 24th the 18-year old victim contacted police after the male had attended her place of employment in Flesherton. Police located the male on Grey Rd. 13 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands at which time he was arrested.
64-year old Randy Eric TOBIEN of the Municipality of Grey Highlands was charged with disobeying a court order and criminal harassment. He was held for a bail hearing scheduled for May 25, 2016. He remains in custody pending a bail hearing scheduled for May 27, 2016.
