6 Charged After Search Warrant Executed In Listowel

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Thursday August 28, 2014, as a result of a bicycle theft investigation, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers executed a search warrant on a residential property on Binning Street West in Listowel.

Upon execution of the warrant, police seized stolen property in the residence.

The following individuals have been charged in relation to this warrant:

Darryl BOUDREAU (51) male person, resident of The Municipality of North Perth

Trevor GOWING (37) male person, resident of Kitchener

Devon HANSEN (33) male person, resident of The Municipality of North Perth

Clinton HODDER (35) male person, resident of The Municipality of North Perth

Donald STEPHENS (46) male person, resident of The Municipality of North Perth

Danielle MCLEOD (27) female person, resident of Cambridge

All six individuals have been charged with, “possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000”, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

In addition: Danielle MCLEOD has also been charged with “fail to comply with conditions of an undertaking”, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in LIstowel on October 08, 2014, to answer to her charges.

All five males are to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Listowel on September 24, 2014, to answer to their charges.
