(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On March 29, 2019 just before 9:00 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver after the vehicle was observed weaving at varying speeds southbound on Ida Street in the Township of Southgate.
The suspect vehicle was located on Hagan Street in Dundalk. The driver, who had been drinking, registered a fail” on the roadside approved breath screening.
As a result of breath tests conducted at the Markdale OPP detachment 52-year old Steven William McLEAN of the Township of Southgate was charged with Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80 mg.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on April 11
