(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On February 10th, 2011 at 4:45 pm, the South Bruce OPP was called to the intersection of Highway 21 and Highway 9 in Kincardine Township. Officers determined that a GMC Envoy stopped at the red light, then pulled out into the path of a Ford pick up truck. The driver of the Envoy, 57 year old Bente PLANTT of Hanover was charged with Fail to yield. There were no injuries reported.
