(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Saturday June 15, 2013, shortly after 11 p.m. a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer pulled over a Ford pickup truck pulling a horse trailer which appeared to have people inside of it.
The driver opened the trailer doors and 54 passengers exited the trailer. The passengers were being transported to the Milverton Rodeo dance at the Milverton Fairgrounds.
The 48 year old male driver, a resident of the Township of Perth East received a $110 ticket for ‘draw occupied trailer’.
