(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) On Saturday, February 9th, 2013, at approximately 3:33 p.m., Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting a R.I.D.E. program on Bryant St. in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula. A 2004 Subaru Forester driven by a 50-year-old Toronto man entered the R.I.D.E., an officer spoke with the driver of the Subaru and found he had been drinking.
The man completed a roadside test for alcohol and the result was a warn. He received an immediate 3 day driving license suspension and his vehicle was towed. He was also charged with a Highway Traffic Act offence.
