On Monday June 20 th , 2016 just before 3pm a motorist was travelling eastbound on 10 th Street West at 3 rd Avenue West when colliding with another vehicle causing a “chain reaction” of rear end collisions with a total of five vehicles being involved. As a result five people attended hospital however the extent of their injuries is unknown at this time. Constable Down stated “Thankfully all of the occupants had been wearing their seatbelts or injuries would have been much more severe.”
No charges are anticipated based on mechanical failure.
