(PERTH COUNTY, ON) – Stunt driving continues on Perth County roads. During the holiday weekend seat belt safety initiative, members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) also laid stunt driving charges in five separate incidents.
All five drivers were charged with stunt driving, received a licence suspension, and their vehicles were towed and impounded. The incidents occurred across the county, with charges laid in the Municipality of North Perth, the Municipality of West Perth, and the Township of Perth South.
Stunt driving poses a serious and unnecessary risk to public safety. Should you observe dangerous or concerning driving behaviour, pull over and dial 9-1-1. For non-emergencies, call police at 1-888-310-1122. Working together, we can help everyone arrive at their destination safely. Drive responsibly; the life you save could be your own.
