On the 11th of December 2015 Saugeen Shores Police investigated a complaint of sexual assault and sexual interference. As a result of this investigation police arrested Dwayne James WESTLAKE, 43 of Saugeen Shores for a variety of offences and he has been remanded in custody. Westlake has been charged with;
· Assault with a Weapon; section 267(a) C.C, X 2
· Uttering Threats – Cause Death of Bodily Harm; section 264.1(1)(a) C.C. X 2
· Sexual Interference with a Person under 16 years of age; section 151 C.C.
· Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose; section 88 C.C.
· Traffic in a person under 18 years of age; 279.02(2) C.C.
· Material benefit resulting from trafficking in persons under 18 years of age; section 279.02(2) C.C.
· Sexual Exploitation; section 153(1) (b) C.C. X 2
· Sexual Assault; section 271 C.C.
· Traffic in a Schedule I Substance; section 5(1) C.D.S.A.
