(ARRAN TWP, ON) – On July 6th, 2012 at 3:24 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash at the intersection of Bruce County Road 17 and Side road 10, Arran Township. Officers arrived to find that a Grey Toyota 4-runner was travelling west along County Road 17, when it was struck by a Black Subaru GT travelling north on Side road 10 that went through the stop sign. Both drivers and 2 passengers from the 4-runner were treated for minor injuries at the Southampton hospital. The driver of the Subaru, 41 year old Scott MCQUADE of Saugeen Shores, was charged with Disobey stop sign and Drive – no validation on licence plate.
