(PERTH COUNTY, ON) On Sunday February 19, 2012, the Perth County OPP concluded their Distracted Driving Campaign which was done in conjunction with OPP officers throughout the province from February 13th to the 19th.
The results were somewhat sobering and concerning since they revealed that Perth County Officers issued a total of 39 tickets which was the second highest number of charges laid in any of the 15 counties policed by the OPP in Western Region. Only Chatam Kent with 57 charges was higher than Perth County.
