36 Year Old Charged With Theft & Breach – Name Released

(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On July 9, 2015, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a male for the theft of power tools from an Inkerman Street residence that took place on June 21. The investigation also revealed that a condition of his Probation Order was not being followed.

Charged is 36-year-old Anthony CUDNEY of Palmerston with Theft Under $5000 and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Bail Court on July 10, 2015.
