(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On April 3, 2106 at 9:28 p.m., the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report concerning an intoxicated male observed on Frank Street, in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.
The male was reported to be stumbling and falling down on the roadway. Police located and arrested the male.
The 34-year-old male from Wiarton was charged with being intoxicated in a public place, section 31(4), of the Ontario Liquor Licence Act. He was held overnight at the Bruce Peninsula OPP Detachment until sober and released.
