(OWEN SOUND, ON) – At approximately 2:50 a.m. on March 15, 2019, Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on 14th Street West in Owen Sound to check on the sobriety of the driver after the vehicle was observed leaving a local drinking establishment.
After registering a fail” on the approved roadside screening device the driver was arrested and transported to the Chatsworth OPP detachment for breath tests
