33 Year Old Repeat Offender Arrested For Theft From Palmerston LCBO – Name Released

(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On October 11, 2016 at approximately 11:30 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the theft of alcohol from the L.C.B.O. in Palmerston. A man left the store without paying for an item and was arrested a short time later. He was also breaching conditions of his Probation Orders.

33-year-old Franz BERGEN-DYCK of Palmerston has been charged with Theft Under $5000 and Breach of Probation X 2. He appeared in Guelph Bail Court on October 12, 2016.
