(TOWN OF FERGUS, ON) On April 23, 2013 at approximately 7:30pm County of Wellington OPP officers were notified of a shoplifter at the Zehrs Markets at 800 Tower Street, in Fergus.
Police were advised a female party exited the store without paying for some items. She was confronted by the store’s Loss Prevention Officer in the parking lot and returned to the store to await Police arrival.
Dawn MacDonald age 32 of Fergus has been charged with Theft Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on May 31, 2013 to answer to the charge.
