32 Year Old Charged Following Collision

(SHAKESPEARE, ON) – On July 30, 2019 at approximately 6:00 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Perth County detachment, Perth County Paramedic Services and Perth East Fire Department responded to the scene of a collision involving two motor vehicles.

The collision occurred on Perth Road 107, north of Shakespeare in the Township of Perth East.

A 32-year-old male from Stratford was driving a Ford pickup east on Line 37 and had turned south on to Road 107. The Ford pickup then collided with a Chevrolet pickup traveling north on Road 107 and being driven by a 19-year-old male from Eden.

Both males were treated at the scene and released.

Kody WICKE, 32-years-old, from Stratford was charged with Disobeying a Stop Sign and was issued a Provincial Offence Notice (PON).
