During the 12 hour period from 4pm on Friday evening until 4am on Saturday morning, the Barrie Police Service investigated 30 motor vehicle accidents. Several of these accidents involved minor injuries. It is expected that Saturday morning will again be busy at the accident reporting centre with drivers reporting minor collisions that occurred Friday evening. Road conditions were the major factor and the Barrie Police Service is reminding drivers to be mindful of the weather conditions and drive accordingly.
