Three impaired drivers were arrested by the Guelph Police between late afternoon on December 10 and the early hours of December 11, 2014.
On December 10 at 3:44 p.m., a traffic stop on Willow Road led to the arrest of David Kolwich, 41 years of Guelph. He has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80mg. He will appear in court on February 3, 2015.
On December 11 at 1:00 a.m., a traffic stop on Woolwich Street led to the arrest of Tariq Akhtar, 37 years of Guelph. He has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80mg. He was also charged with speeding under the Highway Traffic Act. He will appear in court on January 2, 2015.
On December 11 at 2:45 a.m., a traffic stop on Wellington Street led to the arrest of Alanna Haley, 19 years of Erin. She has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80mg. She will appear in court on December 30, 2014.
