(TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH-ERAMOSA, ON) – On March 14, 2018 at approximately 2:10 a.m. a member of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting patrol on Alma Street, west of Fall Street, Town of Rockwood. The officer stopped the driver of a sedan.
While speaking with the driver officers formed the opinion that she was impaired by alcohol. A Roadside Screening Test was administered which resulted in a fail. She was arrested and brought to a local OPP Operations Centre for further testing.
28-year-old Natalia MIESZCZANSKA of Whitby has been charged with Driving with over 80mg of alcohol per 100mL of blood contrary to the Criminal Code. A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (A.D.L.S.) and 7-day Vehicle Impoundment was initiated as per statute. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on April 13, 2018 to answer to the charge.
