(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) – On Friday September 2nd, a visitor to Listowel contacted the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to report the theft of a bicycle from the back of his vehicle as it was parked in front of an Elizabeth St. West address.
The victim reported that, sometime between 10:30 p.m., Thursday September 1st, and 9:00 a.m. Friday September 2nd, someone cut a cable lock that secured the bike to a bicycle rack on the back of a Jeep Wrangler.
