(KINCARDINE, ON) – On March 3, 2016 at 3:37 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft report from the No Frills store on Phillips Place in Kincardine. Officers attended and identified a male suspect through investigation. A 25-year-old Kincardine man has been charged with theft under $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 13, 2016 to answer to the charge.
