On April 2nd at 9:10 a.m., police attended an address on Hoffman Street, Kitchener for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival a 24 year old male was located in an agitated state. He was arrested and charged with several offences including Uttering Threats, Cruelty to Animals, Weapons Dangerous and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He is being held for a bail hearing.
