(TOWNSHIP OF CENTER WELLINGTON, ON) – On Saturday, March 30, 2018, at approximately 8:30 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle for an expired licence plate on Johnston Street North, Fergus. The male was arrested when he falsified his identification with officers. Investigation revealed that the driver was in fact not licenced and could not provide a valid insurance card.
23-year-old Spencer Philip-Forster MILNE of Elora was charged with Driving without a Licence, Driving without a Valid Insurance Card and Driving without a Valid Permit. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Provincial Court on May 16, 2018.
