(KINCARDINE, ON) – On January 5, 2017 at 2:29 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an apartment fire in the 800 block of Queen Street, Kincardine.
As a result of the investigation, 21-year-old Kody TACHAUER of Kincardine has been charged with arson, mischief under $5,000, utter threats and 2 counts of breach probation. He was arrested without incident on January 12 and is currently in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for January 13, 2017.
There were no injuries reported at the scene.
