21 Year Old Gets Over 80 Charge On Sauble Beach

(SAUBLE BEACH, ON) – On June 4, 2016 at 8:28 p.m., the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report from concerned witnesses regarding an intoxicated male sitting in the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle, with the engine running. Police located the male and vehicle on the beach of Sauble Beach, in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula. The intoxicated male was arrested for care or control of a motor vehicle and was transported to the Bruce Peninsula OPP Detachment in Wiarton for breath tests, in which he failed.

Ryan KENZIE, age 21, from Kitchener, was charged with: care or control while impaired; care or control over 80 mgs; and having care or control of a motor vehicle with open container of liquor.
