(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On January 16, 2017 at approximately 2:36 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Grey Rd. 9 east of Hwy. 6 in the Township of Southgate.
The driver of the 2009 Kia vehicle, 21-year old, Curtis LAVOIE, of Walkerton, was issued a Part III Summons for operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on February 27, 2017.
