(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – On Thursday March 29, 2018 at approximately 3:00 a.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a suspicious persons call on St Andrew Street East, Fergus. It was reported that a male was acting suspiciously in the area. OPP attended and found the suspect attempting conceal himself near a residence on St Patrick Street East.
21-year-old Eric Jeffery GOODERHAM of Fergus was arrest and charged with Trespass by Night and is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 24, 2018.
