(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to a residence on Elora Street, South, Clifford for a theft of an ATV. On October 13, 2016 around the noon hour, a male entered an insecure garage, and found a set of keys to an ATV. A family member observed the man driving away on the black 2016 ATV Suzuki L7P (King Quad) southbound towards Highway 9. The male is described as, white with dark hair, in his 30’s, wearing a camouflage jacket. The tracks were followed by the owner, which lead towards the intersection of Malcolm Line and Orange Hill Road.
