$20,000 In Items Stolen During Break And Enter

(HOWICK, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers continue to investigate a break, enter and theft that took place at a seasonal property located on Lakelet Road in Howick.

Investigators have determined sometime between June 15 and June 18, 2019 unknown suspects attended the property where they forced entry into a Bunkie, two storage sheds and a travel-trailer.

The suspects stole numerous items including a lawn tractor, two canoes – a green Pelican brand one and a red Old Town canoe, boat motors, a generator, chainsaw, weed-eater, and a green & white kayak. The estimated value of the stolen property is between $15,000 – $20,000.
