(MONO, ON) – On March 30, 2018 at 3:16 am Police were on patrol on Highway 10 at the 25th side road in Town of Mono
Police clocked a 2016 Volkswagen sedan northbound at 139 km/hr in moving radar. Police initiated a traffic stop and spoke to male driver.
The male driver of vehicle had an odour of alcohol and failed a roadside approved screening device test. He was arrested and transported to Dufferin Detachment for breath tests
Upon arrival at detachment the driver provided 2 suitable samples. As result Sarthak SINGH, 20 years of age, from London, Ontario was charged with Drive Motor Vehicle over 80 mgs of alcohol and Perform Stunt excessive speed. He was released on a Promise to Appear to attend in Orangeville Ontario Court of Justice on April 17, 2017 to answer to the charges.
