On November 3, 2015 at 1:55 a.m., the Guelph Police went to the McDonald’s parking lot on Gordon Street for a disturbance. It is alleged that a male tried to get into a cab that was already filled with passengers. The male was refused entry so he jumped on the cab and kicked at the light bar on the roof damaging it. He then jumped down and caused more damage to the passenger side of the car. The male was arrested at the scene.
Brandon Baladad, 20 years of Toronto has been charged with mischief under $5,000. He will appear in court on December 15, 2015.
