2 Youths Charged – Drinking Beer While Walking Down Durham St.

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On February 19th, 2011 at 1:30 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol observed 2 males walking along Durham Street, Kincardine with beer. 2 17 year olds from Kincardine were charged with Having liquor under 19 years of age.
