19 Year Old Faces Dangerous Driving Charge

At approximately 6pm, three males were racing their cars throughout the parking lot area north of the Molson Centre near the intersection of Mapleview Drive W. and Bayview Dr. At this time one of the males lost control of his vehicle and drove it over an embankment. The other two males left the scene. Police attended and located the male and the damaged vehicle. A 19 year old Barrie male finds himself charged with dangerous driving and is facing a court date. Luckily there were no injuries sustained. The family vehicle was heavily damaged.
