(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On January 23, 2019 at approximately 7:40 p.m., a member of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Main Street, Dundalk, in the Township of Southgate. The driver of the vehicle was found to be impaired by drug. He was transported to an OPP Detachment where he was evaluated by a qualified Drug Recognition Evaluator.
As a result of the investigation, a 19-year old male from Dundalk was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle – drug.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on February 14, 2019.
