19 Year Old Drinking Driver Gets Caught Again

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – A 19 year old driver will be without a driver’s licence this week following a traffic stop on January 11, 2015. At approximately 4:25 a.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed the driver of a Pontiac Grand Prix fail to stop for a red light at the intersection of Huron Street and Victoria Street in Clinton.

A roadside test was completed and the driver registered a warn range reading. This was the driver’s second warn range suspension and as a result the suspension was increased to a mandatory seven day suspension from three days.

The 19 year old driver from Central Huron was served with a seven day driver’s licence suspension and was ticketed with Red Light – Fail to Stop.
