A Guelph Police Service Drug Unit investigation led to a search warrant being executed at a University of Guelph townhouse residence on April 1, 2016. A male was arrested and the search discovered quantities of cocaine, MDMA and marihuana with a total street value of almost $2,000. Over $13,000 in cash was seized as well as an air pistol BB gun.
Julius Raymond, 19 years of Oakville has been charged with five counts of trafficking a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime. He will appear in court on April 4, 2016.
